Remap Problem

Hi All!

Well i got a problem, last week ive done a remap, and the pull on the dyno gives 232hp and 324nm running 16psi, well the car on the road is great and really can feel the diference. But have a problem

In 2ºgear if i push all the way down high rev's like 7000rpm's and do a quick change to 3ºgear the car seem to block, the boos stays at 5psi, and if i take my foot off the pedal and give it a go again it runs fine all the way, but it will go again to change to 4ºgear and the same to 5ºgear

Anyone know what could it be? Too much overboost power to close?
Just runing a FMIC, Borla exhaust with no catalyst at the downpipe, and Alta airfilter.
Well i coult need some help please..

If the problem on occurs when you rev to 7k rpm's then I would stay away from there. Our turbos run out of steam way before that so it's really pointless for you to be in that rpm range anyway. I shift at around 6k rpm.

look at your graph 7000 is way past your power peak / range you should be shifting at 6000 or a little before.

I am not sure whats going on, but when I rev my car to 9,000 sparks come from under my hood and my engine seizes up. Do you think it is a problem with my map?

Sorry, I know that wasnt helpful but I just couldnt help myself

Does'nt the rev limiter cut off fuel when you reach redline? Drop below redline and fuel flows again.
