Cel issue w/ catted DP

Adam,

Are you still going to honor your offer of a FREE RR o2 sim if our
RR Catted/Coated downpipes and RR exhausts throw an error code???

Just wondering if thing's have changed since you made that offer?

Thanks!

I too need the refund of 269.00 for thr stage one bov. I've emailed Adam the google order number. I don't even want the cost of return shipping back . You guys have the bov . It was accepted at your business. And things are looking up I have received a refund for the catch can. Again thank you for that. When q and c are up 100% I'm still wanting the dp and o2 sim. Make the refund good and you will still have my business in the near future.

Can I get a tally on where we are at...who is still out, for what, and for how much? Internet Brands, who owns NAM, has taken an interest here and is inquiring.

Edited to add: The admin here has not had an away message about being out til the 28th, and in fact has worked every day during the holiday, including Christmas Day. Adam had full PM functioning during this time. I am not sure what is going on here.

I'm really surprised they are still in business after all these problems along with many other BMW customers...

Hi Eric,

All downpipes/exhaust components are 100% 304SS. We can either run a polished/ceramic coated finish!

I know you guys have waited quite sometime and I apologize it took this long. Group buy R56 catted downpipe orders will receive the sim fix as promised. I have excellent news on the CEL fix. I met with my engineer today and we should have all the units finished by the Jan 20-30. I am putting a rush on these units, testing each system and making sure they will be ready to install right away. I should have more solid information in the next week and will be able to put another thread on this topic.

Adam, magnet shouldn't stick to stainless steel correct?

Depending on the amt. of nickel used in the stainless steel, you may have more or less attraction with a magnet. I've asked this question as well and this can illustrate the answer better than me. We've tested magnetic/non magnetic 304SS and they've both held up perfectly fine!

Riss Racing R56 o2 sim update:

Hi guys,

I have great news for the first group buy members of the R56 o2 sim. I was able to meet with my engineer today to go over the layout of the boards. The system will be a full microprocessor roughly 1" X 1" mimicking the stock signal of the primary/2ndary sensors. All aftermarket catless downpipes/RR catted downpipes will work with the sim. I will have the first 10-20 units available for shipping in about 20-30 days. As soon as they are in stock and ready to ship, I'll have them available for purchase. I want to make sure I take care of all our pre-order/group buy orders first.

Riss Racing MINI COOPER/CLUBMAN S Tune:

I will have more information on this late January.

Adam,

I've sent you 2 previous requests for a full refund of $269.00. The requests were specific and direct. Your return email in no way addresses these requests.

Here is your response to my email;

Hello Brian!
Hi Brian,

I apologize there have been a delayed on your BOV system. With the amount of testing we've done on the stage II system, it wasn't beneficial to ship the systems out to our clients. I actually have good news with my new sequential valves, they are completed early and will have my first sets next 2 weeks or could be even sooner. Please be assured it's been tested and it works through a long and prudent R&D under multiple boost pressures. I know that you've been waiting for your order and it's a lot to ask for another week but this might actually be a better route for us to work things out. The system will retail higher than the Stage I system and will have much stronger functionality. Boost pressure will stay consistant and shifts will be smoother. Also, the BOV system will help greatly with the minimal turbo lag there is. Please let me show you a perfect running system that will absolutely help the performance on your car. Again Brian, I am very sorry for these delays we've ran into. I will make sure these issues don't happen again moving forward. We are going to make sure we have a full stock of all products on our site. I will make sure to take great care of you on this order and all future orders. Thank you Brian

Adam

While I appreciate the apology and explanation and wish you best wishes for success in the future......

I am not interested in the BOV, ONLY IN A FULL REFUND.

3rd request >>>> send a refund of $269.00 to me.
