Hi guys, my name is Juan Pablo I am from Argentina, I have a 2010 Mini Cooper S line.

JuanPabloPWR, there are many who would have to disagree with your comment. Do a little research, and you might learn from the experience of others. Many NAM members love the DoS cold air intake. If you want a cold air intake that more closely resembles the K&N, you might want to check out DDM Works, NM Engineering, or ALTA.

Alta does not have any products for my European engine

It's Clint from Defenders of Speed.
We make an adapter kit for our 2nd Generation MCS CAI system that allows it to work on non-MAF/Euro-spec MINIs. We've sold quite a few. (I just sold one last week to a customer in Brazil.)
Our CAI system does net horsepower gains, is a closed system, and provides a secondary source of cold air to the engine.
