Ok so i replaced the thermostat tonight and thank god everything is functioning normal (except the fan). I ordered a new fan today and will be able to install it next week. I would still like to check the SC for oil bc i do have some chatter from that area that I decided a long time ago was gear chatter from the spec stage 2 clutch and and the fidanza flywheel (it goes away with the clutch compressed).

I'm still having my problem, I've put most of my investigation on hold (except this w/e I'll be pulling the injector rail back off and doing a little test to see if I have qny seeping injectors.) because I am having the bytronics datalogger software installed in Denver during MTTS. This should give me a true picture of what's going on and a better idea of which way to proceed.
