Nope, I've driven loads of different types of clutches, everything from endurance setups to the easiest of aftermarket setups. This is not a driving issue. Taking the clutch out quickly doesn't help, and the driving style isn't what destroyed it. On 90% engagement, the clutch jumps twice or three times, no matter the speed of engagement, or extra revs.

The only way to avoid it is to take it well above 4000 rpm and dump the clutch.

The slipping issue happens in all gears. The usual high load situations are worst, obviously. Also the car is much louder than other OS Giken STR outfitted MINI R56s.
