Now there's no turbo pressure and the car is in Limp mode,

What do I put for the diaphragm is not destroyed again?

Look for the Forge Motorsport unit or check the archives for a the Volkswagen / Audi equivalent component.
There are threads on swapping for a VAG diverter valve parts into the Mini unit.

you have a few options:
1. get a new diverter valve from dealer
2. install the new Forge Diverter Valve http://www.waymotorworks.com/forge-blow-off-valve.html

3. replace the internals of the stock valve with the internals from the Audi
valve part# 06H 145 710D

As stated before Forge would probably be the best way to go in your case.

Get the Audi/VW 710D....people will tell you not to though. However I had one and it was problem free and I loved it.

Or you can spend $ on the Forge. No experience with it but people like it.

I am running the forge and it was recommended to me by Schaffer Clubsport. They build race MINI's here in Germany. If you are running the RMW tune I would get the Forge as you can change out the springs for the 15-20 PSI spring. There was a noticable difference when shifting with the forge. Although my car is an AT.
