Drivetrain Catless Downpipe with Resonator Delete!!!

Found a short video on one of the other forums poster by a guy who's running a catless Riss Racing DP with a Magnaflow - no resonator either. The video is really short but basically he says it's annoyingly loud. I think he's looking to add a resonator to quiet it down.
I'd post a link but NAM blocks links to other forums. It's pretty easy to find though.

Wow, just came back to the thread and did not realize that there was so much anticipation for the vid. Yes, it WAS done. Yes, it IS loud. Yes, it IS raspy. It backfires, pops, burbles etc not only on every gear change but every time I release the throttle. Is it obnoxious? Probably yes but music to my ears and I love it!! Onefish2 and I will be getting together soon and I am hoping that he will help me shoot the vid from inside the car and my reasons are twofold. First, I won't have to worry about editing my license plate so that tree hugging, Prius loving trolls won't report me. Second, this should give you a better idea of what it sounds like while actually driving in a real scenario and going through the gears from inside the cabin.
On a side note, I had the opportunity to drive a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport yesterday and I think the adrenaline is still coursing through my veins!!! It is nothing like I thought it would be. Very docile, comfortable, easy to handle and drivable car. Got her up to about 120 mph on the Merritt Pkwy and 287 but too much traffic for much more. Needless to say, the car is a beast and puts the power to the ground like nothing i have ever felt before but what surprised me the most was that This is a car that can definitely be driven everyday, if you can afford it that is. In short, this is what a true modern sports car should be. I've driven the latest Ferrari's, Aston's, Maserati's, Porsche's, Lambo's, etc. and this car made them all seem like toys. Hoping to get a chance to drive the new McLaren this week...

You know that braap noise the R56 makes when you partially lift off the throttle when you're driving? It's made much louder. Basically day to day driving is not fun (and I love loud cars. I drive my dad's GT3, drove my R53 catless, one balled, and with an OBX exhaust manifold day-to-day, drove a full race Honda civic with toda exhaust, ITBs, etc, and could have driven it everyday. My brother's car sounds sorta like a Harley, all noise, rather than....sound. And his car hasn't been de-resonated

In the 3rd video at the end you can hear me saying that I spilled soda all over myself. It was just a bit after all. But hearing that again gave me a good LOL.

Sounds great! Took away any worries I had about it. Now I can't wait to get mine installed. I'll be sure that no one brings sodas into my car!

I remember when the shop I went to first installed my catless dp, deleted the resonator and started it up. The looks on their faces were priceless. They were surprised how loud a mini could actually be but you're definitely right Al. After a few days I noticed that I either got used to the sound quite quickly or that it did quiet down a bit, or both. Anywho, your mini sounds and looks great
