O-Rings/coolant

I've been using Prestone 50/50 with no problems. Change it every two years. 166,000 miles

Yes the water pump O ring is the same on the flange.

As for coolant you can use about anything but do NOT use Dex cool pink as it will turn to gel when mixed with regular coolant.
