So 15 sold out in just over an hour? Guess that shows you the demand for this product over here.

Why do you have to wait until December? Why did you order now and bump someone out that could be using it in the mean time?
Edit: oh, you're the deployed guy. I don't see what good it does you to order it now when there are others that could be using it.

I'm a JB+ Beta tester and have it on my 2013 Clubman S with Auto with a Sprint Booster. I can tell you that it is a blast to drive now. Strong pull, Little torque steer, no lag on the throttle response(Sprint booster). It almost feels like a M car..if you have driven an M before. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Uh, jealous much?

OK we let around 30 orders come in and will be disabling the order button. Next weeks batch came got done early so we expect to have all pending orders filled tomorrow.
I don't know when another batch will be ready. But for every email I receive asking when it will be ready I'll be sure we delay it 1 day. Will update this thread when we have more ready to go.
Also on my to-do list tomorrow is to write up a short install guide. As an overview, lock doors, wait 5 min, unplug MAF connection, plug JB+ in, and enjoy. It takes a bit of driving for the DME to adapt to the changes. Maybe a day or so.

Well not sure how to interpret this, but I went to your site after I read this, and was still able to place an order. Does that mean whenever your next batch is ready, I will be on that list? Or did I make this batch?
Please oh please oh please oh please oh please oh please...

I'm not really sure what point you're trying to make, and I get the impression that you don't either. He's a guy in a situation where he can't use the JB+ for a few months, by buying it now he's denying a fellow MINI enthusiast access to one, and there's really no benefit to buying it now. He's out money for something he can't use at the present, and Burger Tuning won't be out of business when he gets home. In all likelihood there will be an abundant supply by December. There may even be other tuning options when he gets back (there was talk of an open source tune in the other thread, though who knows if that will gain traction).
As a fellow military member with ~9.5 years in, I definitely appreciate the sacrifice he's making right now.
Anyway, I wasn't going to be in the initial 15 regardless, so I'm not bent out of shape about it. I just thought it was an inconsiderate move to other NAM members.

I represent this comment as well.

The car feels more alive with the JB+ installed. It's much more than just the increase in power, the car feels like its ready to go at the slightest prodding of the go pedal. The lag between moving your foot and the car jumping to attention is greatly reduced, it's just ready to pounce. You'll find yourself hovering just under 3000 rpm, and then nailing the throttle just to feel the rush. Having driven the Cooper S (2 door) a fair bit, I can really say this is the way the Countryman should have come from the factory - as many others have noted. Mine is the All4, and I have noted some front wheel spin when driven in anger. I diced it up against a a Fiat Abarth on a twisty stretch the other day. Coming out of one of the last corners on an uphill stretch, I gave it the beans and linked the last two kinks in the road with the Fiat dropping ever further behind. Big grin!

Now that the JB+ is in production I'll comment as well. Non sport mode feels like 'sleeper' in that you have more power throughout the entire rpm range but after 3.5k the engine growl is downright addictive. It is simply easier to drive the car under normal conditions.
Sport mode is insanely fun. It can now be called 'beast' mode due to the factory throttle remapping on top of the power gains.
Everything moves up 20mph meaning going 80 is as easy as going 60 used to be and 60 -> not legal passing is stupidly easy. Keep tabs on your speedo; its too easy to ride the rush. Stock brakes are not overwhelmed, which is good.
Even with gains across the board, the power has moved up the rpm range a little but not too far as to turn the engine into an on/off (honda) switch.
Boost goes from 14psi peak to 16psi. Run meth/E85 and you can turn the boost up to 18psi via the pot in the JB+.
I've noticed peak coolant temp is now 107 C on the JCW gauge versus 105 prior, which is a fair trade-off for the power gain. Change your engine/tranny oil frequently. Hopefully the JB4 will have an option to run the car at 90-95 C all the time like the '13 guys have with sport mode on (or fulltime in the JCW).
Get the CAN tool if you can afford it, the speedo is useless as a speedo but great for watching boost pressure. Fuel gauge is good for watching timing. Hopefully the IAT and throttle gauges will be added soon.
I did the 50 mile 'adjustment' period the day I got it, mostly city, and peak boost goes immediately from 14 to 16 psi with more midrange power gradually showing up as you drive. Someone else noted it took up to 100 miles to feel the full effect.

LMFAO, You're complaining about something you weren't even going to buy? Oh wait, you're just the martyr to the others that didn't get in on the first 15, yet you're the only one who sees the need for a martyr in this situation. Sorry I hurt, or upset you sweetheart!
Oh, just so you're aware big man, I said I (as in myself, personally) won't be enjoying this until December, but I bet my better half will spend time enjoying it for me!!
Anyways, MINE JUST SHIPPED!!!
