help me understand accessport

I have seen accessport for sale. but there is no support for them. how does the updates get put on ? if you see one for sale, what do you have to becareful of so it will work on your car ? is it set up for the mods that are on the car that you bought it from ? sorry in advance, im not familiar with it and don't know how it works. im thinking of buying one when I get the money in October but I have other issues to take care of before I purchase accessport.

Since you ported/polished your cylinder head and have Schrick cams I wouldn't even do anything else but a custom tune. If you get some kind of canned tuned for your highly custom setup, you're going to end up chasing your tail. Just a word of warning after how much grief you're having already.

You're in the territory of modding that most people who have gone this far are in the UK.

I'm currently de-modding the car. Something's I'm stuck with. The cams came out. Down pipe back to factory and replaced a bunch of sensors for security. I'll be looking for a canned tune to possibly help it but I'm in a tough spot. I was looking to have a vipec system installed. Found a dealer in parkville MD. Ssi Motorsports. He said he could do a custom tune without the vipec. It's one step at a time a time at this point. I'll get it eventually tho. If not. Off to the bank

There is no way that guy can do it. He just wants you to walk though the door to get you to open your wallet.

How much more money do you want to waste

It is not unsupported.

And it is not just a canned tune, you can bring your car to a tuner who has an Cobb Access Tuner and they can make a custom tune for you.

I know ya are. No worries. Your totally right tho.
I'm in south jersey. I'm to the point of just getting rid of the CEL's and I'm so confused now of who can actually do it without having issues. I honestly don't trust people who say they can since we now know how the computers are
