Post what tune, n14 or n18, supporting mods, the psi you spike and what you carry to redline, and how many miles you've driven.

I certainly don't. Maybe only 3000 miles. Evolve tune and boost spikes 17-18psi. I carry 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gear to redline frequently on track. Shift early on 5th to be in a better spot on the torque map for 6th.

I know there are people out there with tens of thousands of miles on tunes that are lurking.

Not sure, I rarely monitored it. It wasn't something that I put too much thought into. If and when I have issues, I would have taken a look and monitored it, but until then, I wasn't going to spend the money on just 1 gauge. There's a slew of gauges I want, but I'm sure I'll get an all-in-one type of thing, just not the scan guage II.

Oh alright. Just seeing what territory people are at reliably. Seems as though 20-21psi is in the danger zone, and very close to that boost cut that happens.

51k TUNED miles on 07 mcs (n14) 6mt (77000 miles total)

20k on Unichip boosting to (iirc 18 psi) w drop in filter, obx dp, jcw cat back
30k on AP peaking 21 (sometimes stage one would actually make it to 21.5) w same
1k on AP s2 w/ k04 hybrid (19.7 peak so far) riss dp, cnt exhaust, drop in filter

Wish i could say the car was well maintained but its been pretty beat and neglected. It has the death rattle for 30k miles, blows blue smoke from the exhaust, has a cracked intake manifold and warped valve cover with a hole melted next to the oil line and still whooped a b8 s4 on the hwy the other day. It gets redlined every drive many times, power shifted and still keeps on ticking. Can't seem to kill it. Probably jinxed myself there

EDIT:
Actually did multiple back to back pulls vs the girlfriend in one of the other cars tonight for reference (Dinan s2 135i w JB+ stacked - prob 350ish WHP) and the car still seems healthy. Thats all i will say, obviously the mini lost but not as bad as you might think

Hmm...I wonder when I will see the car on Craigslist. Something along the lines of, "never beaten to death, well taken care of." Haha;-)

I'll have to wait until i get the miles rolled back, blue book isn't high enough for my liking

Just kidding though...we have a few cars but the mini wins in the (i hate to say it) "smiles per gallon" department. Nothing else thats nearly as fun is as economical. We will probably hang onto it for a long time and replace parts as necessary. Motor has been bulletproof though, surprisingly!

I have run the following tunes, in the following order:

1) 15k miles with the Alta Stg 2 91 Octane tune (car ran fine even though I had the stock downpipe)

2) 5k miles with the Stg 3 91 Octane tune (car would hit boost cut often and throw codes regularly. I had my stock downpipe but ran this tune anyway)

3) 11k miles with the Stg 1 91 Octane FMIC tune (car runs great, no codes)

I currently have about 41k miles on the car and have had the Accessport since the car had 10k miles. No problems yet and it runs great with the Stg 1 FMIC tune. I'm sure it'll crap out eventually, but it'll have been worth it for sure.

I've had the passenger side PCV capped off since the car had about 8k miles and have run a catch can up to about 6 months ago. I still have the PCV capped off.
