Drivetrain meth head in training

When I install mine, I'm probably doing dual nozzles- One in the intake tract, pre-blower, and one in the intercooler outlet horn, which is where most folks install it on the R53. I'd give that a go first.

Pre charger as vacuumed air pulls fluid from system all the time rather than on demand

As long as you don't have your timing advanced to account for the methanol there should be no issue. Tuning for meth OTOH, is a different issue. Knocks and pings galore if you run out.

how often should i worry about running out though? Like if i went for an hour drive of normal driving vs how much I'd use racing someone on a 1/4 mile?

I personally don't have a hard number for you but my guesstimate based on other's data is telling me I'll be using about a gallon a month with my normal driving.
Helps that I have a dirt track about 10 miles away selling 100% meth for $7 a gallon. A 5 gallon can will keep me running most of the year at a 50/50 mix.

You should really only be using it @ WOT in open loop, therefore when driving normally it should never be spraying which in turn means if you run out, no big deal, just don't WOT the car. All you really need to do is make sure you don't run out when wide open & it's in opperation. Good reason for a "better" system with safegaurds.

for cooling purposes only... therefore you are not tuned to run meth, aka timing advance and leaning out the powerband.... the only thing that would hurt would be possibly running the pump dry
if you use the factory windshield washer resivour youll have a low indication light. from what i hear meth last along time, since your using so little for a small amount of time

Look into bulk if you have a place to store the drum.
I can get a 55gal plastic drum + hand crank pump locally for less than $100 & at last check a refill w/o delivery (I take it to them) was only $165.00 for 100%. Delivery charges just depend on how close you are to one of their routes.
Basiclly on a 50/50 w/ distilled water I'm looking @ about $2.50 per gallon.
Anyone interested in this just look up "Solvents & Lubricants" locally.

I'm in Greenville, SC. If you call around to your local drag strip or dirt track, they should have a similar deal. Searched everywhere and ended up ordering a 4 gallon case of Boost Juice before I had the revelation.
