I think your question is whether you can have your car tuned to ignore the post cat O2 sensor so that if you are using a catless downpipe it won't throw a code. Correct?

The 90 degree bung adapter for the O2 sensor is a hit or miss. I have tried 2 different variations and I still throw a code.

I haven't had the ECU tuned to ignore the CEL. I just clear the code.

They also make a "mini cat" o2 sensor spacer that people have reported to work. Basically spaces the sensor out and has a tiny cat before the sensor. Again hit or mis I'm guessing.

I've seen that one as well. I've had great success with the Vibrant product, due to it's flexibility through offering 3 different inserts.
