Tuning Question

I have a 2014 R55 S and plan on getting a tune the first part of next year , my question is do I go with a OEM JCW tune or a Manic tune ? I had a chance to buy an Alta exhaust and down pipe but life happened and now I am not able ,my original plan was to go with the Alta and a Manic tune . Mario has been very helpful in answering all my questions . I am aware that the OEM JCW might add some value to my car for resell , will the Manic also help ? I also only have about 20,000 miles left on the warranty , so that isn't a concern . Any thought's ?

I have replaced about 10 customers that paid for the JCW tune and found themselves disappointed in the performance. I don't think the JCW or Manic will add more value to the average person looking for a used Mini, but there is always some buyer that will want it.
To me cars are a hobby and stress outlet, my suggestion would be to do what will put the biggest smile on your face. .

Hmmm... comparison between Stage 1 and JCW. A Stage 1 Manic will leave a factory JCW asking the question. WTF just happened? I own a fJCW and I've installed lots of Manic tunes. The Stage 1 is a great option.
