GTT Lightweight Crank vs ATI Super-Damper

I was looking at the Super-Damper and the GTT lightweight crank pulley's, trying to decide which one to get. I have heard that it's better to go with the super-damper because it won't wear out the crankshaft bearings and eliminates crankshaft vibrations but the lightweight one increases throttle response and less rotational mass. What are your thoughts on which one I should get?

If we're talking long term, a dampened one will always be better. Will the engine blow up with a lightweight non-dampened pulley? Probably not.

Personally, I've owned my '05 S for 10.something years and plan on keeping it for a long time, so I went with the ATI for the quality and peace of mind.
