I'm thinking of this in my upcoming,"Stealth" project, along with some big mods! My MCS won't be stock for more than a week!

I ran outta happy juice today But what a rush I can't believe more people haven't tried the Venom kit. Short of the twin charge setup, this is the best *** kickn power-up I've experienced I'm only using the red nozzle right now but am switching to purple after the refill
Time to go wash the salt off
Cowbells? What's the story behind this cowbell thing? LOL...hook up the Whelen like I did and you can pump any sound out of it
Max...that's a very nice instrument

The wire-routing was not all that bad. I was able to fish it through the bumper. A coat hanger was not substanial enough to keep it elevated high enough for exit on the other side, but with a "grabber" I was able to pull it through...
I ran the wires up through the cavity where the driver side fog light is located, then back through a hole and uppward. I made the install fairly clean, but not as nice as I would otherwise... The AGS's arrival might change the routing, so I didn't want to spend too much time on ths now... Oh, I grounded it at a ground point by the driver side hydraulic hood lift. That worked-out quite well. I used some vege oil on the PIAA switch to get it through that rubber boot in the cowl area. I've a got a few wires being fed through there now, so it was a bit tight. I'm going to hack-off that switch anyway because I want to use one of those billet LED toggles...
MSFITOY, on your PIAA switch does red = on, and green = off? That's what mine is doing... I would have guessed the other way around...
I'll attach a few photos...

and with the light on...
again, the switch is patched into the driving lights (from under the dash), and i'm also getting juice from the front hot lead terminal (the white wire in the photo). this set-up allows me to have these light activated whether running, low, high, or fogs are engaged...
Thanks for the confrimation MSFITOY! I'm watching the SB on TiVo now, still not 1/2 time yet for me  . It's just about dark outside, so I might go a drive in a few more minutes. When it's night time in the canyon, it's DARK. We shall see how these PIAA's do...

Thanks El D for the info. So you didn't have any ECU mod while using the Venom? I think I recall you saying that you were "pig rich" (10 to 1?) running the black jet with the 400cc injectors?
And now we return you to the regularly scheduled program...pre-shaping the PC lip for mounting. A week or so should break it's memory. So you guys think I'm nuts? I'm working on that too

Can't believe this thread was on the 2nd page! There's still 6 more weeks before Winter is over .
Attached are the remaining items that I thought I was going to tackle, until I just spoke with Peter moments ago . I have a little more work to do... No, not the AGS, not just yet at least...

Neutral Switching
I have a minor quirk in the wiring of the Hornet XP3 deer avoidance device. I wasn't sure where to start such a thread here, but I did so in Beneath the Bonnet. If anyone knows about neutral switching, and can help, please let me know!

has settings for "gain", Low boost and High Boost
needed for the 30psi boost application in the future!
until I find a shift **** that I like better than stock.....

Tony, here's my lame reply to your other post..."I had a hard time with that too...I'm no electrical expert and ended up by trial and error with test leads that had fuses attached to find out."
