Exhaust gaskets

i have an Invidia exhaust that i love. but was noticing under my car today as i was putting on my winter rims/tires that one of the flange gaskets seems to be deteriorating, and i've been noticing that it sounds a little louder lately and a rattle has appeared now also. i checked all the possible places that the rattle may come from (skid plate, trunk panel, etc.) and can't find it. i do have a few JCW exhaust gaskets laying around. these are the gaskets that go from cat flange to the front pipe of the JCW kit, not perforated but solid. my question is can i replace the existing gaskets on my Invidia with these JCW bits? (Invidia is a fully flanged kit) thanks in advance. sorry for longish explanation.

How timely...I just got some graphite impregnated metal gaskets from the Chevy dealership (C5 exhaust) to install in my project...

All other gaskets have failed on me no matter who made them...these graphite GM gaskets are the only ones that looks to be up to the job...especially as it's from a Corvette...

That's a nice solution. The gaskets don't intrude into the exhaust?

I have a friend with an Invidia and I'll pass this along.

Nope...it's slightly larger in inner diameter so it won't interfere and the holes/bolt/flange area all line up...

Good find. I also have an Invidia, tried a perfect fit BMW diesel gasket & the lam in the center of the gasket leaked like a sive.

Yes they will work. If you are not using the stock gasket on the front flange, you should, no restriction at all. The rear conections are a different story. The stock gaskets are smaller than the flange opening but are not smaller than the pipe. I'm using the stock "S" exhaust gaskets on all 3 connections, the car seems to run the same as the gaskets that came with the system. There is a BMW gasket that looks like a perfect fit, feels like a perfect fit, lines up perfectly, NOT, leaked worse than no gasket.
