Motor Mount removal and installation

We have an '03 MCS with about 120,000 miles. The passenger side motor mount is shot and we have purchased a new one to install. Has anyone here removed and replaced that motor mount? What tool did they use to remove the mount? It appears that a stud must be on the framerail and the motor mount must screw onto it. ??

I can't help you with this other than to suggest that you might have better luck with this in the first-gen forum.
