Well, the conclusion in my car's case is that it was repaired by the dealer after close to 120 days in the shop. They replaced the entire A/C system at what an out of pocket cost would have been close to$15k. BMW is buying the car back because it is still not quite right . I had driven it about 800 miles post the fix and the A/C still did some weird stuff and the car had another dash full of lights freak out. The car has been parked for more than two month now as the legal wrangling has continued. I can't say much more, but take it in asap and document everything. . https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.nor...c2f446bd9c.jpg Btw this unfiltered pic is what replaced my mini. |

Wmwxp3c03m2p19371 Being bought back by BMW. presently at keeler mini with "Lemon Law Buy Back" . Similar to a "salvage" title. Then the dealer must affix a decal on the drivers inside door jam, that says "Lemon Law Buy Back" Unfortunately, dealers "Lemon launder" those vehicles by auctioning them in states that have no such laws. |
