Electrical my clock goes to "0:00" now and then...

I'm assuming it's not always midnight when the clock goes to 0:00. Does it happen when you start the car, or while it's already running? If it happens when you start the car, the starter may be putting enough drain on the battery that the battery voltage drops low enough to cause the clock to reset. I would take it to a mechanic and have the current draw of the starter measured, as well as having the battery load-tested.
As for the clock going past 12:00, that's normal, since the clock has the option of displaying 12-hour or 24-hour time. When you set the clock, the first option should be which display format to use (12h or 24h).

Mine did that and reset the trip counter. I asked the SA and she knew the problem from her desk! She opend the boot and the battery cable was loose. Just enough to cause a momentary lose of voltage and then it was restored, but everything was reset to 0:00 the trip meter 000 and the radio presets.
