R53 Radio Fuse Blows instantly

My radio (standard sound system) quit working a while back and I found a blown fuse. When I go to replace the fuse, it blows instantly. Unplugged radio, still blows!
I have a radar detector on another circuit on fuse panel and we disconnected it and also an air horn compressor which we also disconnected just to be sure, but it still blows regularly.

Anyone know what might be causing this?

Thanks,

Lee

Sounds like there is a short between the fuse box and the radio plug. Can you remember if you had done any work just before it blew? Check the wiring under the steering column.
