A quick headlight review/suggestion

Well I have been here a short bit now and haven't actually contributed anything of substance yet. Though I could trouble myself to do a long drawn out How-to about each mod or repair I do, I just don't have the patience lol.

What I will say though, is there is a great headlight bulb option that I find less and less people seem to know about

If you have HID's, this does not apply to you, obviosuly lol.

ANYWAY, I think it's pretty well known by now that Sylvania Silverstars are marketed quite well but are total rubbish. They burn out VERY fast, aren't as bright or clear as I personally think they should be and are retarded expensive for a halogen bulb.

A much better option? Eiko ClearVision Supreme. I've run these in my MR2, E30, and now my R56 MINI. They outlast either of the Silverstar options, are at a minimum on par with Silverstar Ultra's, and are HALF the cost of regular Silverstars. They're just a better bulb all around that a lot of people don't seem to know about.

That's it, that's honestly all I had to say. I am putting some Eiko ClearVision Supreme H13/9008's in my headlights, ClearVision Supreme fog light bulbs and I'm not sure what I'm doing with the running lights to match the front(different color lights in the front looks so messy and unfinished to me).

pics?? i got some off ebay like these and they have lasted a year and going strong. Not as bright or white as i'd have liked, but definitely better than stock and I'm coming from HIDs so am probably spoiled.

Once I get them in on my MINI, I'll snap some pics. Fairly sure I took some pics of the light output on my E30 and MAYBE my MR2 that I can try to locate.

The PAIR came to under $30 shipped on Amazon. They're far brighter and whiter than stock, and BY FAR outlast Silverstars.
