Wiring harness

Does anyone know of a shop that builds complete custom chassis and engine wiring harnesses for R53?
I striped my r53 down to nothing for a planned track car and removed all the wires from the air bags system, speakers, all the power and water to rear hatch, minus third brake light, etc. now the car won’t start so I took something out I shouldn’t have. So now I need to either buy a new OEM chassis harness or find a shop that I could say what I have in the car and go from there.

on my 79 the wiring harness was 'one piece' and pretty straight forward

On newer car ..... OMG .....

A qwik search for your car shows THREE components ....

No need for a new wiring harness, nor did I mess up removing all the wires I didn’t need. I tried documenting as much as I could, but I failed to take a photo of the clutch sensor, and since the sensor was still attached to the harness months later, and I couldn’t remember what it was for, I just zipped it out of the way thinking it was attached to the lower dash that was cut away. During my troubleshooting process I decided to look the part number up on the sensor (it’s a little flat piece of plastic) and found out it was a clutch sensor. Looking at the slave I could see the indentation where it goes. All is good and I was able to start it up today.
