How can I get the digital speedo with crono package?

I have an 06 S with crono package. After purchasing it, I found out the digital speedo on the standard package ( on the tach ) was eliminated at the factory.

Is there any way to get the digital speedo back by re programming or replacement?

Unfortunately, it is not available for those of us with the Mickey Mouse ears.
Nobody seems to understand why, other than the analog/digital on one gauge apparently was seen as overkill by the factory.
