Copy all Steve...call y'all manana.

Hope everyone had a great New Year celebration. I woke up on my own this morning w/out a call from my 1st Sgt or the Law Enforcement desk so I assume all my folks made it through the weekend unscathed!

Had a nice quite new year myself. Glad to hear that you received no calls. That is a good thing...

Happy New Year!

Sorry that I'm so late in responding.

Love the Alta. So much more bling to it, with version 2.0 -- you know, because that's so important (and why I ordered a v1 15%).

I forget who it was, but at the last pulley party, we had someone installing another pulley -- going from 15% to 17% or 19% or something (probably Smiley), and the only difference we all saw was the super cool and tragically hip bling. Well, and the price tag.

Okay I might just have to drag my happy butt up there for this. It's getting boring down here on the other side of the mountains.

Any requests on the type of drive? Or the location of the drive? West takes us to Poss Bear Point run, south is the Black Forest, and east is the Odenwald -- all great places to drive.

Nice drive through the country? Something with more of an edge to it?

I'm good for just about anything, but I will have to depart local by about 7pm. Still have that 3 hour jaunt back to Nederlands. With that, an edgy route would be good for me. Without the S-Factor, of course! Get the sense that I'm dreading that S-stuff?

Has a time and RV site been designated for the out-of-towners?

Cheers!!

Since I'll have my stock wheels w/craptaculous run flat all wx tires, any decent pace on a twisty road will have an edge to it!

you can crash at my place if you want...not far down the road (~ 1 hour North) but at least in the right direction for you.

Parts showed up last night! I'm also bringing my M7 oil catch can and will put it in if time permits... I also plan to bring the Redline tranny fluid and some high-temp brake fluid along w/the requisite Mobil 1 and filter since she'll be up on a lift anyway.

I'm going to try to get one of those mx light reset tools (like I have for our old BMW wagon) too...I'll order it tonight and pray that they're as fast as CMS (and that they ship to an APO)!

Does the hobby shop there allow us to pre-reserve a couple of lifts or do we just need to get there early and ensure we're 1st in line?

I think Abu is going to call ahead and see if we can reserve a few spots.

They do. I can go over a few days in advance in reserve two bays. Does anyone actually require lift? Pulley doesn't. OCC doesn't.

I'm slipping out to the States for a week -- I'll be on email at least, if not also checking in here.

I'll want one to do the oil and tranny fluid change plus bleed the brakes.

Have this --> on the way too. We'll see if it gets here in time for the pully party.

Not everyone is as diligent or as fast as CMS!
