Oh, they worked fine for me. Just us techno-oriented folks love things like online-video-tutorials and such.

Über geeky, that's all. Prop the iPod up on under the hood, get the video to play while you're working on the engine -- you understand, right?

LOL, live feeds and such.... yes, I understand.

Speaking of instructions, I got my auto close circuit. Will this thing work with the OEM alarm? I have that and didn't even think about it when I ordered it.

Thanks Henry! I started to do a search. Glad I checked here.

Since this requires a little hard wiring, I will probably do it this weekend.

Cool! You got mail now Henry.

I installed my high brake light blinker circuit. Works like a champ. All it does is blink the high brake light like 5 times before going solid. Should get the attention of the folks that like to follow too close.

Hey Henry,

Will do on the package.

I bought mine from MINI-Madness but you can get them from GominiGo directly.

Just a little 25 dollar upgrade that is very easy to do.

I'm back!!

Hello!!
Finally back from TDY. Coming back from airport my daughter pick me up with the Mini and 20 minutes after refueling my check engine came on, power was normal. Took him to the dealer: Faulty Air Preassure Sensor and still under warranty, just waiting for parts. Henry

Greetings all. My son will be flying to Heidelberg in August . . . after we drive his 82 VW Cabrio down the Alaskan Highway. One of his missions (along with graduating from college) may be to pick up a classic Mini. Any around the city?

=(

You guys make me wish I'd taken that assignment to Germany instead of Italy. There's Mini's here and they used to have a club, but it's looking like there isn't too many enthusiasts left to go for weekend run.

OrneryDSMini -- so fix that! You make the drives ou want / need, and others will show up.

Sometimes, nuts drive down from Holland, just to go on good drives....

Remember,

If you drive it, they will follow.

Don't be afraid to start something... Get the word out and keep them informed and soon you could have a small group like we have in Germany. Even if its just you taking part in the local clubs, still get out and do it.

Yeah, we kinda created a monster with Abuzavi.... The boy is plum run crazy!

FYI, my time here might be limited as I have inadvertantly pissed a few folks off over MTH and their lack of customer service.

Yes I have to agree that Abuzavi is a little bit of a nut But it is good to have someone around with all the nifty little computer toys. He can plan a run, not show up, and the rest of us can still find our way through (with PopaBear's help).

Speaking of runs, anyone up for sunday? Ive been going out and getting lost a lot lately, but it is not as much fun all by myself.

Daflake, you arent going to leave us are you ?

Hey, my house is where yesterday's technology goes to die. If you're notusing it, yeah, sure, add it to my inventory. I'll to something with it....
