WOW.... that's a great price! I was charged $800 and I thought that was a goog price. Between all the stainless 2.5 and 3" price, plus a Race bullet muffler. At startup it's loud till the idle dies down. Around town, on the throttle, its LOUD and ANGY, Now...I have the 8 speed automatic (I can't drive a manual because i almost lost my left foot in the line of duty Law Enforcement in 05, and then had my right leg amputated and re attached in 2011 in an accident. I have very little use of left leg and didn't want hand controls. So I learned to drive with my left foot on brake and right foot on gas. I use a Pedal Commander to adjust the sensitivity of the throttle very sensitive so it doesn't take much movement of my right foot to accelerate). On the highway between 60-80, I'm under 2000rpm, and you can barely here it. Plus...I have an open K&N typhoon intake, and Forge hard pipes that remove the plastic intake muffler (all heat shielded to avoid heat sink) So...it roars from both ends and burples and pops. Add in a DINAN ELITE TUNER and MAD CUSTOMS transmission tuner, the intake, exhaust, transmission tuner, pedal commander, exhaust w/o 2nd cat; and it can MOVE and ROAR! I left in the resonator to avoid interior drone and tuned out the fake Active Sound Design, have the HK premium entertainment system with BAVSOUND Woofers under the seat; and it is pleasant at highway speeds. I will try to get sound clips, but trust me, it's a LOUD little wagon when it wants to be.

TCU Tune
Madnessautoworks TCU auto flas. Makes a noticeable difference on top of RPM tune, puts more torque down to wheels, smooths out shifts, quickly runs through gears at higher RPMS. Had it with my Dinan Elite prior and made big difference there. ALL4 had to be special ordered, but worth it,

If I'm not trying to push the car particularly hard, do you think this product is right for me? My regular driving feels ok, but when I try to push the accelerator a little bit harder in normal mode, it feels like the transmission is lugging about or has hesitation or something. When the transmission is in sport mode, everything is fine because it holds the gears longer and revs higher obviously - but it feels smoother in this mode.
Does it effect the auto start/stop? I like that the engine turns off when I'm sitting at long red lights. And does it effect other driving modes like eco?

I think it will be better for it in the long run. Also look into a Pedal Commander; it's not expensive, a two minute install and it makes the car and transmission overall feel better/smoother/faster. It really just makes your throttle more sensitive which will run you through the gears faster.
According to their website, my car is not compatible. It looks like I will have to do a special order for mine as well.

it will help in any mode. It will smooth it out and quicken the gear shifts. It won't effect anything but transmission. If you want to change things like starting and saving a certain mode in startup. It won't effect your start stop setting or its memory. That would require Bimmercode. Then you can change the settings in the memory and what mode the car starts in, amongst a myriad of other changes.

Chrome delete complete.
Just installed the red grille trim today and added the black gloss bonnet emblem cover. All 6 door handles are covered. Not thrilled about the barn door handle covers. They don’t fit exactly ($30 on Amazon) and there’s some chrome that pokes through at certain angles.

I purchased really expensive ones from OutMotoring, and their quality seems the same. I need to get a replacement for one of my barn doors, but don't want to pay so much again.

Well, I finally got home last night from vacation, and got to mess around with my new black '19 Clubman S with JCW tune that I picked up Friday about an hour before I left for vacation. I haven't had a chance to do anything to it yet, except install my aFe air filter and try to install my CravenSpeed Platypus front license plate frame that I purchased from Minimania. The darn thing triggers the front parking sensor, so as soon as I put it in drive, it starts squawking horribly. I really hope there is a way to resolve this. I also have not received my Dinan Elite that I ordered from ECS. It should be here this week, and then the car is going back into the shop to be ceramic coated. Anyway, below are a few pics.

My New to me 2018 Clubman S
Hello all, Here is MINI Pearl my new to me Clubman. She is my fourth MINI and first Clubman. I absolutely love her so far, pretty much loaded with the automatic transmission and 15k on the odo. This is my first automatic and was hesitant not to go with a manual. I am really happy with my decision so far, rush hour traffic is much better this way. My first mod, other than the Go Badges skull will be a bike rack. Thinking the hitch route is the way to go seeing I have no attachment rails. Any recommendations welcomed!
