F55 body panel crooked

F55 body panel crooked
I got my F55 delivered and spent some time detailing her inside and out. While buffing a sealant off, I noticed that the panel which sits between the fender and the door, on the driver's side is crooked. It is twisted towards the bottom. The one on the passenger's side looks fine.
I am not sure if the panel is welded on the man body (I believe it is) or bolted on and not sure what can be done at this point but I emailed my dealer about it.
It is not safety or function related but it bothers me. I have never had new cars with 'defects' like this.
It is a nice car. Love the design and how it runs (40 miles so far) but if I look at how the parts (body panels, moldings, belt lines etc.) are assembled together, I kind of scratch my head as they do not really line up seamlessly.
Anyone else has noticed this?
