So the JCW gear **** turned up today - differences are red stitch on the gaiter and red lettering on the ****. The other obvious change is the aluminium shaft and smaller gaiter.
It is only a visual upgrade to be honest, but I think it looks great.
Final job for the wheel is to try and find somewhere to carbon skin the 3 spokes.....

Another update this evening that really shouldn't have happened, but these two parts came up for grabs both at bargain prices....
I managed to get a JCW rear bumper off eBay (has a crease & 2 dents - should hopefully repair fine when it goes for paint)
Then tonight I have bought the JCW PRO diffuser for the JCW rear bumper which will look like this once fitted:

OK, another update to the build thread...
Sadly our house was the victim of a lightening strike and we are now homeless for 9 months as a result of a pretty bad house fire! Living in a hotel room with a small 6 month old baby is less than ideal, but the main thing is that the 3 of us are OK!
In-between all the drama, I managed to sneak the MINI off to the bodyshop to have the JCW rear bumper and JCW PRO rear diffuser fitted.
Couldn't be happier with the results, but I haven't really had chance to take any pictures as my time is needed elsewhere!
Here are the ones I have taken though.

No...Excuse me?
You were the one who made a moronic post about sneaking away to go paint your MINI during your time of hardship...My question when I read your post was "Why would someone go paint his MINI during the time he's going through hardship?"...Read your post again and put your feet in the reader's shoes. You may want to re-phrase your words.
P.S. Your MINI does look great.
