You have the only F56 that makes me a tad jealous. Great job so far. My mods were done on a modest budget though. Question in your searches , seen an lips for the standard S front. Been considering modding a Justa lower lip to fit under mine.

So the JCW gear **** turned up today - differences are red stitch on the gaiter and red lettering on the ****. The other obvious change is the aluminium shaft and smaller gaiter.

It is only a visual upgrade to be honest, but I think it looks great.

Final job for the wheel is to try and find somewhere to carbon skin the 3 spokes.....

Another update this evening that really shouldn't have happened, but these two parts came up for grabs both at bargain prices....

I managed to get a JCW rear bumper off eBay (has a crease & 2 dents - should hopefully repair fine when it goes for paint)

Then tonight I have bought the JCW PRO diffuser for the JCW rear bumper which will look like this once fitted:

Awesome car R99! And getting better every day!

I was considering putting a JCW front bumper too.
Any problem with the fog light delete? Error messages for missing lights?
Is the JCW badge on the grill removable?

Thank you!

Didn't you already install a JCW body kit early on? I seem to remember you were the first one to get ahold of one because you're in England. If so why the damaged rear bumper?

Nope - I only managed to get the front bumper & side skirts.

The rear bumper and diffuser are the final pieces of the jigsaw!

Got the wheel fitted today. Went round to see a fellow MINI guy as I didn't have the bottle to tackle the airbag!

An hour later and we had it off! Total pain in the **** to get it off.

Anyway - fitted pics (will get better ones when I'm not at work)

That looks fantastic.

Is the ultimate plan to replace this with the new Clubman, or will you be keeping this in the garage?

OK, another update to the build thread...

Sadly our house was the victim of a lightening strike and we are now homeless for 9 months as a result of a pretty bad house fire! Living in a hotel room with a small 6 month old baby is less than ideal, but the main thing is that the 3 of us are OK!

In-between all the drama, I managed to sneak the MINI off to the bodyshop to have the JCW rear bumper and JCW PRO rear diffuser fitted.

Couldn't be happier with the results, but I haven't really had chance to take any pictures as my time is needed elsewhere!

Here are the ones I have taken though.

Sorry to hear about the house, but glad you're all okay. That MINI of yours is awesome.

Bummer on the lightning strike, but it's good to hear the family is OK.

Your MINI is looking fantastic.

Excuse me?

Please don't pass judgement on both myself and a situation you have no context of.

What an utterly moronic comment.

No...Excuse me?

You were the one who made a moronic post about sneaking away to go paint your MINI during your time of hardship...My question when I read your post was "Why would someone go paint his MINI during the time he's going through hardship?"...Read your post again and put your feet in the reader's shoes. You may want to re-phrase your words.

P.S. Your MINI does look great.
