I think you mean the driving/rally lights Fog lights are something different.
I think there is a way to code them to come on with the low beams in ESYS, but the point of the driving lights is to project light down the road, straight ahead. The reason they only come on with the high beams is because they would blind oncoming traffic.

Sadly, the JCW has no Fog Light option, but with the LED headlights seeing at night isn't a problem. If I had it to do over not sure I would have put the money into the Driving/Rally Lights. But, I just felt the JCW looked bare without Fog Lights.
I'll see good at night with them on though! :-)

The LED driving lights are not that bright to blind anyone. The high beams overwhelm the LED's when on anyway.
In NJ you are never-ever by yourself at night on the roads which means you can never use your high beams. Which means you can never use the driving lights.
That LED driving light option installed at the dealer was over $1000.00!
Its a total waste with high beam only function.

I have those lights too on my JCW.....technically, they are LED Driving Lights (I.e. Rally Lights) not Fog Lights. Fogs are mounted lower with a spread out lighting pattern. The lights we both have are only on with the high beams.

I might remove the OEM LED's if anyone wants to buy them.
