Like the title says. If you have pix that would be cool. I know we have a tire fitment thread, but that thing is like 300 pages long. Just a drag to sort through it.
Participate if you like, if you don't want to,cool.
Im trying to talk my wife into letting me use the tax return on new wheels and tires.
Wish me luck.

I have the 225/40/18 on my OZ. Offset should be between 49 and 42
My car is lowered a lot and I've tried several sizes and offsets
You could go with a 225/45 too if the ride is a concern. Not sure how many sizes there are though
I would stay away from a 35 series tire; too low a side wall unless u like that look and a harsh ride on the street.
The second pic is a 225/35/18 as I experimented with this size for track only
The other pics are all 225/40/18 which I think are a perfect blend of all aspects other than a slight rub on the inside of the liner when lock to lock (et more than 45) without the steering rack spacers installed. Available from MINI dealer.
Bridgestone had a RE970 in 215/40 that was good too but a little skinny IMO.

I wouldn't put a 235 width tire on a 7.5" rim though....8" would be better. To answer the original post, 215 or 225 width tire would work on a 7.5" rim. 225's would likely need spacers to clear the struts on the JCW. Wheel & tire choices are key as tolerances can be tight...not all tires of the same size have the exact section!
