Bruce R, I hope our cars go out on the Dec 12 shipment. The Dec 13 and 15 trips are no longer on the schedule, but there is another on the 16th, but it wouldn't arrive until Dec 29, so that would be iffy seeing a car before the end of the year. I think G-52 already has a ship assignment and his car is on its way to LA.

Because we just missed the previous boat on 12/3, I feel pretty confident that it’s going to make the Patriot on the 12th. Our cars are sitting there for six or seven days waiting for the ship, so it makes sense that they would go in the next one out. It should not be long before we get a ship assignment.
FYI, I applied for my loan last night through NWFCU. 1.79% for 60 months. It’s all set.

G-52, did you get a base, S or JCW? Just curious. I saw you said iconic trim, etc, but didn't see the performance level you ordered.
Congrats on getting yours much more quickly than ironhead3fan and me. He ordered before me, and you ordered after me, and all 3 are at the port now. That's great luck.
Maybe all 3 will end up on the Patriot together coming to Baltimore on 12/23. That gives us nearly a guarantee of getting them by year's end. We'll see. I told my MA that I thought my car would be on the Patriot leaving 12/12 and arriving 12/23, and he said there's still no ship assigned to my car, but if it ends up on the Patriot, he'll buy me lunch at California Tortilla (regional taco shop in DC area, which also happens to be very close to my dealership). So it it does end up on the Patriot, it will be an extra win for me.

@Bruce R I ordered the JCW 2 door hardtop, I finally added a signature below. I almost went with red over pepper white (yours I think), but last minute changed to white over moonwalk grey. My advisor texted me last week saying my order would be on the Asteria Leader, which left port Saturday en route to LA (11,000 miles). Yesterday my status on the website changed to At the Port… Something ain’t right. I texted my advisor this morning; he stated he would email the Southampton port for the whereabouts, etc. stay tuned

@ironhead3fan You’re not alone my friend My order is also (apparently) at the port… found out today I had got some bad pQQp (“wires got crossed”) re the ship assignment last week My sales guy said when it does ship, Colorado doesn’t get east coast shipments, so it will be headed to LA. Another ship left today, website says my order remains in port. At least our cars are built👍

Yeah, my MA said he thinks by the end of the year. I’d be very surprised if that actually happens. If it doesn’t catch the ship on the 12th, it might make it to the US by the end of the year but I won’t see it until January. I like to be optimistic, but I am also a realist and I think I’ll see it mid January.

Shipping update: The carrier transporting my JCW order is finally moving out after idling in the English Channel for about 3.5 days. Ship is headed to the Panama Canal, maybe a backup there and reason for the delay, don’t know… I’m following via the Marine Traffic app. Best of luck with your carrier assignments

Ship is headed to the Panama Canal, maybe a backup there and reason for the delay, don’t know… I’m following via the Marine Traffic app. Best of luck with your carrier assignments

My 2022 MINI Clubman JCW is supposed to be at the Raleigh dealership no later than tomorrow. My Service Manager who is a personal friend of mine and we also work for the same auto group told me the following may have an impact on me getting my delivery soon.
