Here’s mine! They got the tint done and installed the winter wheels and tires. Tomorrow it gets detailed and license plates. Picking it up Friday at 10am!

So, how do you like it? Your spec is similar to mine (different color). The upgraded seats are very comfortable. And I see you got the H and K stereo. I have owned an '08S, a '12S, a '15S, and a '19JCW, all hardtops. The 2022 JCWs with the new DDC suspension is an incredible advancement.
The runflats were so awful in my '08 and '12. But, the tire noise and ride are really good in my new 2022. I have '17 wheels and all-seasons.
The other thing I really like is the new 8sp auto.Shifts silky smooth when driven easy and shifts hard when winding it up.

Good looking car! I see you have the 6 speed. I would have loved the 6 speed but, 4 shoulder surgeries later, I figured that wasn’t the best idea. I plan to get my windows tinted as well. I’m sure you’re getting very anxious!

Love the updated JCW! The 8 speed auto is amazing! I really like the H/K stereo! I have the all season run flats and I don’t mind them at all but it’s got less than 100 miles on it as of tonight. The stock exhaust on normal mode has a nice growl to it, the sport mode even has more growl, and green mode is relatively quiet. I don’t see any reason to change it. I found the auto high beams on the way home. Coming from a 2020 Honda Civic Touring Edition, this thing is simply amazing! Before that, I had a 2016 Cooper S, so a lot of the control options are starting to come back to me. This thing is heads and tails above that 2016 model!

@ironhead3fan sweet!! Congrats and thanks for the awesome pics! I’ve enjoyed following your JCW journey👍. I’m probably 10 days out…and still getting the .99 cent carrier updates

Thanks! I've been following your progress as well. Yours does have a much longer way to travel. Keep us up to date and I'll be looking forward to seeing the pics of your new ride!

Today was the day! Great to get a new car for the New Year! So much fun to drive and noticeably more powerful than my 2016 MCS. Very pleased with how well the Dynamic Damper Control handles the terrible roads we have in Toronto even on Sport mode! These are the 17" winter wheels/tires, but I'm sure it will be great with the 18"s JCW Course Spoke 2-tone wheels with summer performance rubber in a few months!😊

Congratulations! Your car looks great! I met Bruce R today at our mutual ordering from dealership. They missed the front tow hook cover on my car, so they have to send to Germany to order it. I have to learn all the new bells and whistles on this one, as my 2016 Cooper S was no where close to being equipped as well as this one. Not sure if they are available in Canada, but Mini has all weather mats at a good price and they appear to be rebadged Weathertech mats.

Enjoy the car, and keep in touch!

Well, I pretty much confirmed that my car is not on the ship that left right at the end of the year. I corresponded with somebody on Facebook who stated that they are on the Kline Hawaiian Highway, and both the track your MINI website and the dealership had that information within 24 hours. I was hoping that mine was on that boat but that the tracking information wasn’t updated because of the new year holiday. Appears that it is still in the UK sitting in the port now over four weeks. Sure would be nice to give you guys some good news.

Wow... Four weeks sitting at the port is a long time. It drove me nuts already waited for 9 day to have mine on board. Hope yours will be on board the next vessel.
Looks like it's gonna be Olympian Highway leaving on the 7th.

Greetings, my JCW Clubby finally arrived on 12/27/21 at Flow MINI in Raleigh - it was delayed at port evidently software that needed to be updated on the vehicle. Then it rode around for four days on a truck - kind of bizarre. Car arrived in perfect condition and I'm super psyched to back in a JCW Clubby again. On a side note - the 2021 Mazda MX-5 Club Recaro edition I was supposed to trade in unfortunately got sideswiped by a gargantuan Ford Expedition - driver claims she didn't see me and didn't know what happened. Screwed the pooch on getting rid of that car (which I'm beginning to hate). Good news is hopefully pay a bit more down on it and get rid of it once my ordered 2022 JCW HT arrives. That car will be strictly for commuting back and forth for Fuquay Varina to Fayetteville.

Well, apparently (and fortunately) my original hunch was correct--the system was not updated until this morning for my vehicle. This morning, the mini tracker showed my car as "In Transit" for the first time, and my sales guy found out it is indeed on the Hawaiian Highway which left Southampton on Dec 31. I had heard from another person whose car is also on that vessel, and his stuff updated on Jan 1, not Jan 3. I guess your mileage may vary.

The good news is, it should arrive in Baltimore on/about Jan 11 (ETA says 20:00 so could roll to Jan 12).

Will keep you posted!

That's even better news. I found that browser caching sometimes had an effect on the status updates, but not every time. I think you'll see your car on Jan 14 or 15.

The ship docked in Baltimore overnight, probably 3-4 AM I'd guess, based on where it was when I went to bed. Check is being sent overnight for delivery today from the credit union, just in case it's ready for delivery tonight.

Great! Exciting times, best of luck with your arrival👍 My order docked at the CA port on 1/3/22. 1 800 Mini advised (yesterday) truck transport was ordered shortly thereafter but has yet to arrive.

Hmm, second stop in Baltimore Area. Since very early this morning, it was moored up at Dundalk, where I marked in red (top left) on the map. It just moved over the past hour or so to Sparrows Point. I am surprised that they make 2 stops in (basically) the Baltimore harbor, but I guess they have different logistics companies with different lots along there who take possession of the vehicles and get them transferred to trucks for delivery to the dealerships.

I am pretty sure that IronHead3Fan's car was unloaded at Sparrows Point, so my guess is mine is being unloaded there as well. Mini Tracker still says "in transit".

Yes, it was Sparrows Point. BMW has a distribution center there.

@G-52 Sounds like you're going to have yours any day now as well. My sales guy said the estimated delivery to dealership is set in their computer as Wednesday, but I'm hoping earlier.

@ironhead3fan Let's see pics of that tint, once the glue dries!

I'll try to get it out tomorrow. I really like it.
