Dyno today - something seems off - any ideas?
Hit the dyno today and the weather was perfect, car was in dyno mode. Car is an F56 Cooper S with the JCW Automatic software.
Here are my performance mods:
RPM Tune from Mario. Stage 2.
K&N intake
FTP hardpipes
Forge IC
Miltek Catless DP
3" Stainless Invidia Exhaust
100 octane fuel
Powerflex lower engine mount
car put down 239whp and 245wtq in 4th gear.
I feel like it should be putting down much more power, am I missing something?

What is “JCW Automatic software”? The dealer JCW tuning kit? If you paid for the tuning kit, then loaded the RPM tune over it, the tuning kit software was likely overwritten.
Second question, why are you running 100 octane gas? Seems like you’re throwing money away. The RPM stage 2 tune is an off-the-shelf tune based on 91 or 93 pump gas. You will gain nothing by running the higher stuff.
Last comment… Did you get a “Before” dyno? If not, then you’re getting caught up in the numbers. How does the car feel? Should feel much stronger. The stock car was only rated for 189hp, and that’s at the engine, not the wheels - probably only 170hp at the wheels. You’re number are now significantly better that stock by ~70hp. I’d be pretty pleased with that.

I bought my '15 Mini Sig. w/ JCW tune installed at factory, 228hp @ flywheel. THEN Renn Haus of Sarasota hot-tuned it to 300hp @ flywheel (246.97 @ wheel) & max torque = 354.05 they are pros & do all the hot Italian jobbers. something to shoot for. If you're close to that, relax. they' know what they're doing & 100 octane gas is a waste, I burn 93.

So the JCW software is for the auto trans, it was an option in 2018 and basically does more aggressive shifting in 1,2,3 along with some other stuff like launch control and something else if I remember correctly - there's some info floating around out there about it. It's not the JCW tuning kit, i opted against that since I was going aftermarket from day 1 anyway. Never cared about warranties.
I run 100 octane because #1 - it gets HOT out here, and #2 - it's only like $1 more than regular 91 at this time so I don't really worry about the cost... if I worried about that then I wouldn't be tuning my car lol.
I didn't do a before dyno, and the car feels great, just was thinking it should have shown better numbers given the mods and having some tweaks made to the stock stage 2 map from Mario.
So, basically, I want it to say 300hp and that's it LOL. I'm just curious. The curve looked good to me, the power is always there, car runs like a dream - I'm not upset, just figured it would show higher than it did and feels like more power than it shows, so that was odd to me.
