To relay or no relay?

I installed the MINI LED Rally lights. They draw under 3 amps. I presume as the supplied fuse is 3 amps!!
I'm going to wire them "old school" via a Hella switch.
Using an add-a -circuit on ignition only powered slot in the fuse box. 16 AWG wiring.
The Hella switch I chose is rated 20 amps.
Soooo, do I pass on the relay?
Relays were always intended for halogen lights drawing 20 to 30 amps.

Use an inline fuse and you should be good to go. No relay needed.
