constant hissing noise from AC

Hi, need help on AC issue. So I have a 2019 F56, I don't drive a lot, so only 10k miles on it. Yesterday my car started to have quite loud hissing noise from the front, if I turn off the fan with the ****, or turn off the AC with the AC button but leave the fan on, the noise would stop within like 10 seconds, and it seems it stops faster if I turn off the ****. I drove it two days before but it was normal (at least I didn't notice the noise), it suddenly had this noise yesterday. I searched a lot online, it may be low refrigerant, but I'm wondering if it's just normal leak from age, or there can be some leak that needs part replacement. I'm in California, so almost keeps AC on all the time, but I like to keep it around 75F most of time, and haven't noticed any problem before (but it could be that I don't like cold temperature, so I don't notice if it's not cold enough). Another instance I can recall is a few days ago I smelled sulfur-like odor while driving, it lasted for only like 1 minute, and appeared like 3 times that same day, and no more. So I thought the odor was from outside. I'm just out of warranty, and the last inspection at dealer was done last month, everything was fine.
