I love the color, I have a 2010 JCW. Does the NM Engineering Intake work. Can you tell the difference? Does it void the warranty? And was it hard or easy to install? Keep in mind some of us are not mechanically inclined. Also how do you post the same photos on two different posts? When I try it ,the upload manager tells me I have already uploaded these photos on another post. And one last thing my photos always come out very small on my posts, although if you click on them they can be view lager in pop up window.

My mechanic did the install of all the parts that I listed in my original post. He charged me 3 hours of labor to do the install.
Some on here have stated that they did the install themselves in less than 20 minutes. So if you are somewhat mechanically inclined, I am sure you could do this yourself.

I do not know why you can't post the same picture in another post.

I'm grateful that you took the time to help out Wingman57.
I was puzzled as how to resize the pics and afraid that I'd be unable to post some shots of my new baby to share with you all!
Now thanks to your assistance I can proudly show off my MINI!

It works as an intake. it looks cool and it sounds cool. Does it increase torque or HP? I do not know. It feels a bit better but I had so many things done at once that its hard to tell. I am very happy with NM Engineering as a company. I really like their products. So many people on here like or should I say did like the Alta products that I decided to go with another vendor.

The only question you did not answer is, Do these mods void the warranty?
I have asked my dealer, however they do not seem to be willing to come up with an answer.
Thanks,

They do not void the warranty per se. If you bring your car into the dealer for maintenance or a problem and they determine its from the modded eqpt then they will have you return the car to factory default and may not honor the warranty. Some dealers are better than others. Some MINI dealers also sell and install parts from Alta, M7 etc.

Food for thought.
