Pictures of my new IY JCW Convertible
I picked it up on 5/14 but it took me some time to finally get pictures taken & figure out how to post here. These pics are from yesterday after having a clear bra application applied on front bumper, headlights and full hood for paint protection.

I can't seem to figure out how to insert the images as onefish2 has his inset. They do appear to be able to expand even larger though if selected from within the gallery.

I got them for $2,700 ,they had them listed for $ 3,400 in the show room.
I had ordered some other JCW wheels, and when they came that day and the dealer tried to install them on my car we saw that the rims were for snow tires. So my stock 17" tires would not fit on the new 17" rims that had just come in. So I asked what other JCW Rims they had in stock ready to go. The only other set was the 18's you now see on the car. I told them since this was Bob Smths mistake I would need a big discount off the $3,400 price. After some back and fourth we came to $ 2,700. I do not know if you can get the same deal or not. I worked with Nacho in the Parts department.
Good luck,
Ron

Ride Height
I know that there has been much made about the ride height of the R56 Mini, in both S and JCW, but untill now, I really never noticed it. Boy do they ride high.
For those that have addressed this problem, what has been your best results, using what? I've heard of the JCW suspension package lowering about 1", maybe. They there are the Coil/overs that usually get about 2" or so. What has worked best for you, and has made improvements in suspension performance, without loosing any semblance of ride?
I've had advice on the NM springs, probably others, what's your thoughts?

If anyone is wondering the black wheels in the first two pictures are what got accidently shipped with my car. Dealer mistake. They fixed it and got the JCW wheels on there about a week after I picked up the car.
