Hey Bill in Iowa,
Yes. I finally got it back. It is fixed to my satisfaction. The Challenge stripes had to come off for some paint blending. They ordered a new set and I am not happy with the way they were put on. The pattern does not line up with the lines of the car. I am waiting for Mike from Aesthetic creations to call me back about sending another set out. I think he cut the pattern short. That is why it does not line up.
What pisses me off is that I told the dealership that I want to be present while the graphics wee installed. I went over there with my iPad to show them close up photos of how its supposed to look. They even printed pictures and had them on the windshield for reference and they still put them on wrong.
I may order a set from another vendor and have a local tint shop do the install.
This was the car back in April of 2010 after Phil from Detailer's Domain worked his magic.

It was a surprise to me too. When I called to activate the sat radio they told me I had a lifetime subscription.

I have two large dogs (English Mastiffs) that fill up the back pretty good, so we put our bags and stuff up there for road trips. It did come from the dealer and says Mini on the side. I think it is a nice box and not as expensive as a Thule or Yakima one. We also purchased the trunk cover from the dealer. It attaches at the head rests and rolls out over the back, protecting the interior from dogs and dog hair. All good additions for our lifestyle! Will also be purchasing Rocky Mounts for hauling the mountain bikes. Very excited for that though not sure which color to get yet.

Hey Adam, wish we knew it was you! I had been checking out your website before we headed up that way. Your shop seems to be pretty top notch and appears to have a great setup. I was checking out the shorty antenna since I have to take the big one off with the topper on and also the chip tune. This is our first MINI and by everything we have seen and felt with it, probably won't be our last. This one was mostly my wife's pick and she honestly did a bang up job. We live in Medford but did see that pdxmini has an upcoming Diamond Lake ride coming up, would be awesome to roll with the group for a day!

Technically, no. This thread was set up for factory JCWs, which started from 2009. Adding all of the parts from the JCW kits do not result in a car that is the same as the factory version. Going from memory, the factory JCW includes uprated: cylinder heads, pistons, gearbox, clutch(?); JCW badged Brembo front brakes, larger turbo, remapped ECU and revised exhaust. There may be other performance items, but I would have to look them up to know for sure. Cosmetic items include JCW badge front and rear, JCW badged hub covers, twin spoke alloy wheels (I forget what the official name is; R90(?)), JCW badged door sill covers, plain chrome side scuttles and checkered flag glove box door trim.

Great photos of great cars! Here's my humble submission . . . checkerboard sunroof, sideview mirrors, valve-stem covers & doorhandles; Ruff wheels; stubby Alta antenna; temp gauge; lateral G-force gauge. I take it regularly to the mountains in winter and call it my Snow-Cart.
