So this is my new to me 2009 JCW, picked it up about a month ago, adding some of my own touches to include Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 Wheels in Anthracite. Dunlop Direzza Star Spec tires. H&R Springs came with it, and I tinted the windows.

I just added some 2011 justa scuttles, red side mirror caps, stealth indicator bulbs all around and PIAA extreme white driving/pilot lights above the fogs. MODs are FUN!

It's the grille that comes with the factory Aero Kit.

Weird... never noticed that they were different. I kinda like the grill. Have to look at it in person to see if I prefer it to the other ones, though.

New JCW
I have had my JCW for a couple of months now. It does surprisingly well in snow- the mags are from the MINI winter tire kit. Previously I had a 2008 non-S. Around the city both cars drive about the same, limited by traffic, but the 2008 was a lot better on gas (I did manage to get 38-39mpg recently on a long trip in the JCW). When I can get away from traffic, the JCW power and road feel are remarkable. However, the steering feels less direct than my first MINI, a 2006.

2010 JCW in Montreal
I hope the mags with snow tires can come off soon! Great car, but hates potholes.
