I just used the AC in my 2009 for the first time. I'm a little disapointed in it. It doesn,t cool as well as my other two cars ,Pontiac Grand Prix, and Ford van.It's a warm little car. The heat is blowing cool but not cold. Does anyone know what the air temp at the vents should be, or are they all on the weak side as far as the air goes ?

 

Do you have an automatic system or a manual?

My '09 Clubby will run me out of there with icycles on my ears if I leave it on the coldest (manual) setting.

On my '03 that had automatic climate control, I found I had to set the temp down to 68*, when I did it worked well, but the Clubby puts out way more volume of air so it cools down more quickly.

 

I have a manual system. It's nowhere near that cold as you describe. I suppose I should take it to the dealer to check since it's covered. I'm directing the airflow out the dash vents. I don't think that should impact anything. That's where I direct it on my other rides.
