It's going to come down to the pits. That's where it will be won. God Emperor Michael I isn't going to be able to run away from Alonso without a lot of blocking help from Massa, or if Renault screws up Alonso's car like they did at Indy.
Poor Jarno . . . and woe is me. Had his Toyota not packed up I might have hit a home run nailing all six right down the line . . . he certainly looked like a solid third pushing Massa to 4th . . .
Anybody watching qualifying? Holy cr@p - Schumi to start 14th and Alonso 16th!! Q3 will be unprecedented this year with neither of the points leaders competing - even Kubica advancing - this is fun!
News flash: Looks like Kubica was disqualified because his car was 2 kilos light at the end of the race. So, Schumi gets a point, Massa gets another point, and Ferrari get two more points in the constructors race.
It's raining! My picks now look crazy, but it's really anybody's guess. I love a race in the wet once in a while - this should be really entertaining.
Amen to that. Looks like you were NAM's high scorer with 16 big ones.
Unofficial tally:
krvhugr - 16
adame - 14
mgcman - 13
cutnthrust - 10
rollin - 8
scottinbend - goose egg
Hmmm, I thought there would be some bonus points for Rollin and Adame.....no?
I'm not really sure in the case of DLR. Darkhorse points are given to the driver who hasn't scored after the first three GPs (season's races or driver's races, it is not clarified). As DLR wasn't on the Darkhorse chart, this being his second race of the 2006 season, I assumed that there would not be bonus points for his performance today. But, you may very well be correct. Let's see how Little Commish plays it out.

Well, as you can see it was a rather low scoring race for all of us. Unless you're suddenly clairvoyant you probably didn't miss out on much.....how's that for stretching for a silver lining?
I think you missed a few of Scott's points - should be 28.....I think.
Also, what's up with Pick Six? I know it'll probably be fixed by the time I post this (so I'll look like an idiot), but the numbers are up and he left off Button. At first I thought Button might have been disqual'ed so I started to hunt for news, but then I realized the Commish didn't promote DLR into his place, just left the spot blank. Huh?
