Yea I was able to do it!

Well after having a traumatic brain injury near the end of december, I was able to change the oil, oil filter( that was fun, it looked like the threads of the oil canister near the end were jagged, I bought my Mini used). I also rotated the RF front to back and kept them on the same side.

So far no oil leaks.

I will not mention how long it took me, but its done. Yea

Kelly, more power to ya! I've been deathly afraid to tackle the oil filter change after reading some of the horror stories on here, and I've been a car nut/DIY guy for 35 years!

Good Job. Fortunately for me, I've never had such an injury, but I am still afraid to try it on my own. Congratulations!!!
