Gentlemen/women Start Your Engines!

Well, it is Indiana and the month is May, so I just couldn't help myself!! Here's the question, 'How often do you swipe the wipers at least once, when you start this cute little sportster?' I don't care how careful I am, as soon as I let my guard down, I hit the wiper stalk and then turn the key! Now the problem is all the bugs that clog the windshield as soon as I get it clean!

Only happens when the windshield is it's cleanest. Basically, once a week.

Otherwise, I rarely use them because I love watching the beads roll off the Rain-X.

You know...those black rubber thingies near the bottom of the windshield...the ones that rot, split, and dissentigrate after 18 months in the SoCal sun...so we replace them like good little rain-hopeful soldiers. Otherwise known as...a way to say "hi" to a passing MINI, or those things that spring up and startle you when you accidentally hit the stalk.
