Most of the red lines you can see are just covered with the red plastic wire loom stuff you can buy at any car parts store. I've also replaced some of the tubing with red tubing.
Don't forget to use red cable ties, and red tape when making any changes (both electrical and duct tape)!

...walking over to get Peet's coffee this afternoon, a beautiful CR/W MC with White bonnet stripes and tons of country-specific decals rolled up to me at the crosswalk: license MINUTO... I was sure he was down with NAM but I don't see him on your list so far. I really liked that he fit circular decals on either side of the front of his front bumper in between each fog light and the lower grille. I at first had thought I had seen mag badges, but when I saw it parked I saw they were appliques on the body.

Anyway! Good lookin car!

CR with White or Black?

OK with Gunner (RIP) gone now I have been looking at all kinds of pictures of MINIs trying to find inspiration in colors to get Gunner II. I think I have come to the conclusion that CR is the color I really like the best but now I have to decide on roof/mirror cap colors. Although CR/CR is nice I don't think it is for me. Gunner was CR/B but I had initially gone looking for a CR/W combination and found him. I did not have Gunner through a summer to see how much heat would be a factor with the black roof. Does anyone have recommendations as to black or white roof and why? I'll be ordering Gunner II in beginning of Jun.

Thanks,

Scott

White! I originally wanted black but ended up going with white. No real reason, I just think it looks amazing with CR. I also like the white bonnet stripes against the red better than the black ones.

Either one is awesome though, very tough decision. I'd go with the white roof/mirrors just so you can have a change...for some reason I dont think I'd want the exact same car. Gotta have SOMETHING different. Good luck!
