MINI makes Consumer "Reports Fuel Efficiency" Top 12 list

Consumer Reports tested some new compacts and a sporty car and found twelve cars with the most fuel efficiency.

Some of them even bring in numbers close to what the best hybrids can offer.

Odd that the MINI Cooper S is on that list, yet the standard MINI Cooper isn't.
