So how many miles were on your MINI when it was delivered???
General MINI TalkShared experiences, motoring minutes, and other general MINI-related discussion that applies to all MINIs, regardless of model, year or trim.
I bought mine off the lot and I think it was at 47 miles on delivery. I watched a guy test drive it before me, then my drive (the dealer's normal loop is about 7-8 miles), so I would imagine a few others. BTW, I never abuse new cars during test drives, never felt a need to thrash something to see how it performs. I also test drove my Cayman before buying it off the lot with 22 miles.
I'm in the same boat as Nik, as I said earlier in the thread, she came with 1074 miles on her, but when I got home, she had 1,474 miles on her... due to the drive from Fife to Spokane. I hated the mileage, but at the same time... I had so much fun driving home that I almost didn't think about it!
Mine was new and it was one I ordered and waited 6 months for.
I am wondering why it had 40 miles on it when I picked it up....
Gonna have to check with my MA on that! Ggggrrrrrrrr

Hey WA Mini! How is the weather there? I used to live in Gig Harbor!
I test drove mine with, oh, somewhere near 5000, and bought it (the dealer demo) at 5002 when we got back to the dealer. Fantastic car, they broke it in right, whatever they did (I know, I know, and it's OK with me).
Overcast and in the 50's/60's Now why would you have left????
We have had a few sunny days though!
Believe me I didn't want to! Family illness brought me back to Oklahoma. Still would come back to Washington in a heartbeat. Maybe one of these days.....

Thankfully Mom lives up here so that will make taking care of her a lot easier, well location wise at least...
I am sorry to hear about your family members illness, Warmest Blessings to the one who is ill as well as you and any others doing the care-taking ~+~+~+~+~+~
