cabwy, yes i use WaWa gas pretty regular. when I first brought Nug home, I only went to certain gas stations, and found a big jump in miles just back and forth to work. My test was pretty consistant. I found I got the best milage with WaWa.
My husband says they buy their gas from the same places the "name brands" do -who ever has the best prices.
So I'm ok with WaWa gas.

Just saying hello- I'm from south-eastern Montgomery County- and belong to PhillyMini.org too- which I can't say enough good things about- I think any event or rally is a good first one- It's just a very relaxed, nice group of people!
PS- I too use Wawa gas- not a regular basis, but have never had any problems or decrease in milage when I have.

I'm sure we've met! I've done the following rallies so far this year: Spring Cooper-cup, PhillyMini Meet, Lanco-Polo Rally, Corn Maze, Sex In the City Girls Only Rally, and Deck the Mini's- I am looking forward to the spring and some good runs- we're really lucky to have PhillyMini around, and that this area has soooo many great driving roads in Chester, Lancaster & Buck's counties!

I am a member of Philly Mini and have only done the Mini in the Mountains and had a great time, meet with a few friends from NJ and we drove up together in a group. Like everyone has said a great group of people and a lot of fun on the run, I plan on renewing my membership as soon as they post it. As for the Wawa gas I think as long as you use the premium gas there is not much if any change that I have noticed.

Thanks for the warm welcome!
I'll be ordering an 09 Cooper S, Laser Blue/Black, Black Bonnet Stripes, Premium/Sport/Cold Weather, Anthracite Headliner, Rear Fogs, Hi-Fi....
I've been to the dealer (Main Line) a few times now already to see the Laser Blue in person - that is the hottest blue I've seen in a long time, and this'll be my 18th car!
I will definitely wave when I see fellow Coopers, so if you see a little bald guy waving from a dark blue Scion tC, don't be alarmed, it's just me
And once I get my MINI, I'd love to join the local MINI group - keep me posted on upcoming events and such...
Thanks again!

Did you decorate your MINI? Just trying to figure out who you are! I didn't decorate my MINI to compete, but did have antlers and a red nose. I was parked in the upper lot, SS convertible!

hey hey Hey HEY! Let's see some WESTERN Pennsylvania representation here! You're about equidistant between us here in the 'burgh and the (excellent) PhillyMini and (excellent) Carlisle folks! And OUR website HAS been updated for 2009... so far... and we've got some fun stuff coming up:
February: Winter Driving education: low-key learning in an open, supportive, FUN environment
March: Canton museum tour - along with some of the more-fun BMWCCA folks
April: MOTD, and a few other neat events, probably a couple of garage days...
June: Mini Olympics, and a trip to the Mid-Ohio vintage races where MINI is the marque of the year (Mini's 50th anniversary this year)
July: PVGP: A whole WEEK of good times
and on and on...
