After about 15 minutes of research, decided to go ahead and knock out the Joey Mod. Much better in my opinion. Sorry about the crappy pics. It really ties the headlights into the overall look of the car.

I just picked up my 04 MCS on friday, and today I finally got around to getting everything clean and shiny. Washed, waxed, clay bared, I changed the rear badge, and I removed a slew of parking stickers. And of course, I topped everything off by driving around in my freshly shiny-fied MINI. What more can one ask for?

Erased a "ding" on my MINI's right rear panel. The dent is still visible, but at least the WD40 got rid of the white paint scuff. Grrrrr! Some parking lots are just not big enough!

Yesterday installed a new Chrome hood scoop to replace the warped OEM one, also Installed the heat shield to avoid it happening again.

This morning had the updated Cam tensioner installed to avoid any problems down the road.

Now is is time to just drive it and enjoy it!!!

Got her a set of General G-Max AS-03. Read lots of good reviews, and couldn't beat the price.

What grille package is that? I was explaining to my wife how much I like the grille look on the first generation when they're like your setup. The grille looks so clean and smooth.

Thanks,

Mark

I don't know exactly. Bought the car with it installed. Did some googling and closest thing I could find would be the Ultimate Upper & Middle Grills by M7. Hope that helps.

That would be the M7 grille set. They where made by GrilleCraft and they may have sliped out a few under their own name.

I am still waiting on my MM front stress bar. I ordered it back in the beginning of March.

Too bad I can't afford the cross brace (nor talk my wife into saving for it and grabbing it later) or I'd cancel my order completely. The front end needs some added stability.

How difficult is it to replace the inner ball joints and the tie rod ends?

It looks good! Did they have to take the parts off the car to wrap.

Thanks. Yeah they had to take the trim off to get it done. It took them about 2 to 2 1/2 hours to get it all done & wraped. The edges of the door gave them problems, but they got it done.

Cleaned up the transmission bell housing. There was a build up of old oil from the crank sensor o-ring leak that seeped inside the bell housing. Looking newish now.
